A regular system tune-up will:

  • Extend the life of your equipment
  • Ensure maximum heat output
  • Lower your annual costs by as much as 10%
  • Minimize or prevent costly, unexpected breakdowns
  • Keep your system running clean

Your Tune-Up & Cleaning:
Aside from replacing all the disposable parts, we have other routine inspections and adjustments to make before your system is ready for season! The time of year you have your tune-up done isn't as important as having it done regularly. However, a spring or summer tune-up gives you the benefit of scheduling your appointment at a time most convenient for you. Scheduling a tune-up appointment is your responsibility because you must be home to let us in. If we don't hear from you, we will send you a reminder card, and if time allows, we'll call. This important service is included in your Service plan - please remember to schedule your appointment so that you are always ready for whatever Mother Nature sends your way.

A furnace which is cracked or contains holes or small leaks can release carbon monoxide into your home or place of business. Carbon monoxide is colorless, odorless, and tasteless and is virtually impossible for the human senses to detect. Severe, continued cases of carbon monoxide poisoning may lead to coma and death. To reduce the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning inside your home or place of business, it is extremely important that your furnace be serviced annually by an experienced technician. An annual check-up should include a thorough inspection of the heating unit for cracks, holes, and leaks which can release carbon monoxide into the air.
